The Parish Choir celebrated Choir Sunday on 3rd August 2025 with a Special Worship Service. Choir members led the service with active participation, offering their time and talents for the glory of God. A dedication service was also held, during which members reaffirmed their commitment to serve the Lord faithfully through music and worship.
As part of the Choir Sunday celebrations, an Antakshari Competition was organized for the Area Prayer Groups and parish organizations. Eleven teams participated enthusiastically in the event. Carmel secured the First Place and Taborewon the Second Place. The winning teams were recognized and presented with trophies during the Parish Day celebrations.
The Choir also conducted its One Day Retreat on 30th August 2025 at the Mar Thoma School Campus, Goveli, on the theme “Sing for the Lord / Paadum Njan Yeshuvinay.” The sessions were led by Rev. Alex C. Samuel, Vicar of St. Peter’s Mar Thoma Church,Goregaon. A total of 39 choir members participated in this spiritually enriching retreat. The event was a time of reflection,renewal, and fellowship. We thank all members for their prayerful participation and dedication that made it a meaningful experience.
